Irmak Acar was born in 1996, in Ankara. In 2007 she was accepted to the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory and she began her professional violin education with Asst. Prof. Ebru Karaağaç. Between 2009 and 2012 she took “Contemporary Music History”, “Jazz Harmony” and “Orchestration” courses from İlhan Baran. In 2013 she attended Klasik Keyifler organization with Ankara Youth Symphony Orchestra. In 2014 she took part in Ankara Music Festival with the same orchestra. The same year, she attended Beethovenfest in Bonn, with Bilkent Youth Symphony Orchestra. She still has been studying violin in the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory with Asst. Prof. Ebru Karaağaç.
