Selin Köseoğlu, Turkey
Selin Köseoğlu was born in 1990. She had her high
school education at Istiklal Makzume Anatolian High School and decided
to continue her collage education in Hacettepe University and she
choosed her department as Child Development and psychology after that
she began to learn Spanish between 2008-2010.At the year of 2010 she
attended the international project as a volunteer.She was a part of the
group that protects historical artifacts and she worked with a group
restores a historical castle in Beaufremount in France.In the same year
she competed in the contest of international short story and had the 2nd
place in the contest in the Lyon2 Lumiere University.In the year of 2011
she had the 2nd place in the Yerevan Musical State University in
Armenia, 5th place in the John Cabot University in Rome. She
participated a workshop named ''Literature and Imagination'' as a
special student at Charles University in Prague. When she went back to
Turkey, she had an education about ''Analysis of Movies'' and ''Writing
film script' in Cinematek'. She decided to have a professional acting
education that's because she participated a workshop of an italian
workcenter actors named ''Physical Acting technic of Jerry Grotowski''.
She entered the talent examinations of Acting Department of Hacettepe
State Conservatory in 2013. She passed them all. At the first year of
her education in conservatory she had a chance to act in a movie named
''They are Gone''.The movie shooted in Stockholm in Sweeden.She was one
of the main characters in the movie. This movie competed in Istanbul
Film Fest and Altın Koza Film Fest and had an award in Malatya Film
Fest. She also participated a workshop of Sergei Tscherkasski who is a
master of Stanislavski Technic came from St. Petersburg and they worked
on a play of Anton Chekhov named ''The Seagull''. She still goes on her
theatre education in Hacettepe Ankara State Conservatory.
