In 1984 she attended Hacettepe University State Conservatory Department of Piano, as a student of Prof.Güherdal ÇAKIRSOY.In 1994 she completed cum laude her bachelor’s degree. In 1998 she completed Master of Music Degree on piano. In 2000 she studied with pianist Giovanni GIANNINI at  “Antonio Scontrino Conservatory” in Italy – Palermo.In 2005 she was awarded by Ministry of Culture Arts Institution as “The Best Music Reward of The Year”. In 2007 she stuied “opera singing” in voice department of Newschool University Mannes College School of Music in USA. She  worked with Barbara SMITH CONRAD, Roger MALOUF and Hannah MEADOWS. TURNAGÖL is presently continuing “Doctor of Music Programme” and working as a lecturer at Hacettepe University’s State Conservatory in Ankara.
